7 Years. Whew. That’s a long time, isn’t it?
You know, it just hit me a few weeks back that we would be turning 7. At first, it was a feeling of – OMG, we have been doing this for 7 years. Are we at a place where we had initially imagined we would be? You know, I do keep checking what others are doing, where they are, especially those who had started at a similar time we did. Whenever the anniversary hits, I always ask myself:
Are we doing the kind of work that we want to do or that we enjoy doing?
Are we making enough impact in the lives of others – our clients, team mates, and the larger community?
Are we making enough money to sustain ourselves?
Today, we gather here not just as a team, but as a family, to celebrate a remarkable journey of seven years – seven years of determination, growth, and success. As the founder of Modifyed Digital, it fills my heart with immense pride and gratitude to stand before you all.
Modifyed started with me and Gaurav wanting to create a model agency where we worked not only for our own growth, but also for the larger community. We wanted to work on campaigns and projects where clients experienced safety, security and comfort knowing a great set of people were handling their mandates. We wanted to create opportunities for youth in Hapur, work on socially rewarding projects which had a greater impact on society beyond just growing profits.
After all – how much product can we really sell? Kinta sabun tel bechenge – this is a question I often ask myself. Especially when there’s so much waste, pollution and noise out there. Plus, there are enough agencies already doing that. Hence, our aim was to always work on projects which had a deeper purpose and to create a company where capable talent was fostered and created. Where team members were given responsibility, authority and patience to grow and learn. Where each member of the group experienced tremendous growth in their skills, confidence and belief in themselves. Jahaan log apne par bharosa karna seekh jaayein and become talented, capable, contributive members of society.
A lot of us here are new and have spent perhaps a year or less with us. And I’m sure you all will agree when I say that in these aspects, we have been extremely fortunate and successful. We have continued being honest to this vision.
We have been through a lot of tough moments in our journey. Cracking the first big project took nearly 6-7 months, which enabled us to build the initial infrastructure and team in Hapur way back in 2016-2017, to start operations in Noida and build a great team here. Step by step, we have continued moving forward, pushing ourselves to do better every single day. Then came Covid which impacted all of us in a big way, yet we continued with a “Never Give Up” spirit. Yes, I admit it – I’ve demanded your best, and you’ve delivered nothing less. It’s because I know what we’re capable of, and I believe that mediocrity has no place in our journey. Being demanding isn’t about being harsh; it’s about holding ourselves to the highest standards, because that’s how we create exceptional results. And each time we achieve those results, it shows our dedication and a celebration of our team work. You have always risen to the occasion whenever the time required us to do so. I’m happy to share that we have worked on over 300+ projects in the last 7 years, and impacted the lives of nearly 70+ team members, 30 of whom are here with us today. We have given hope, confidence, joy, skills, training and worked tirelessly to empower each person who has trusted us with their careers. We have nearly 40+ clients we are working on right now and in the last 7 years, we have been fortunate to work with some of the best companies in India – including Make My Trip, Veeba Foods, Tech Mahindra, Ambuja Cements, Exp Realty, Titan, UNDP.
I am happy to share that last month we started working with GIZ, the German Development Authority, one of the leading developmental organizations in the world, and we have recently signed an agreement with Lupin Pharmaceuticals, one of India’s leading pharma companies. In our own quiet way, we continue moving forward! Our teams are empowering startups to sell their products in America, grow non profit organizations committed to healthcare, skill development and ending poverty, empowering corporations with cost effective marketing solutions, creating digital transformation for B2B clients, and quirky compelling content for just about all!
Even though it’s been 7 amazing years, I feel we have just started and there’s so much more to do!
As Terry often tells me, let’s work together to create boundless “client delight”. Let’s also work together to add at least more prestigious clients in the next 6 months to our portfolio and continue delivering the best work possible!
The team we have as of today is perhaps the best version of Modifyed and I want to congratulate and thank all of you for all your hard work and efforts in building Modifyed.

And as we move forward, let’s work with a quiet determination, where our actions speak louder than our words, forging deep emotional bonds with each other as we drive and shape Modifyed Digital’s future together!
